These terms apply when you use the Builder Circuit website, join a community platform, or participate in Builder Circuit spaces.
1. What Builder Circuit is
Builder Circuit is a private community for builders and domain experts in Hamburg. Access is curated and may be accepted, declined, paused, or removed at our discretion.
2. Membership and events
Joining through a group link does not guarantee ongoing membership, event access, or a response. Event details, locations, timing, and formats may change. Members are responsible for following venue rules, platform rules, and local laws.
3. Community conduct
Members and guests should treat others with respect, protect confidential information shared in the room, and avoid harassment, spam, abusive behavior, or misuse of another person's work.
4. Projects and intellectual property
You keep ownership of the projects, code, designs, and ideas you bring. Builder Circuit does not claim ownership of member work. Do not share work you are not allowed to share.
5. Website and content
The website is provided as-is. We may update, remove, or change content at any time. Links to external services are provided for convenience and are governed by those services' own terms.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Builder Circuit is not liable for indirect losses, missed opportunities, project outcomes, venue issues, or member conduct outside our reasonable control.

We may update these terms as the community and website evolve. The version on this page is the current version.
